1.1 Data Controller. WebFormVision, registered at Passeig de Gràcia 43, 08007 Barcelona, Spain, acts as the data controller for all personal information collected through this website and its associated services.

1.2 Information We Collect. When you submit a contact form or engage our services, we collect your name, email address, phone number, project details, and any voluntarily provided business information. We also collect standard web analytics data including IP addresses, browser type, and page interaction metrics.

1.3 Purpose of Processing. Personal data is processed exclusively for the purposes of responding to inquiries, delivering contracted copywriting services, managing client relationships, and improving our service offerings. We do not sell, rent, or share personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

1.4 Data Retention. Client data is retained for the duration of the business relationship and for a period of 24 months following the last engagement. Inquiry data is retained for 12 months unless a business relationship is established.

1.5 Your Rights. Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, and port your personal data. 1.6 Data Security. WebFormVision implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. All data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.3 protocols.

2.1 Scope of Services. WebFormVision provides strategic copywriting, content development, and editorial consulting services as described in individual project proposals and service agreements. Each engagement is governed by a specific scope document agreed upon by both parties.

2.2 Payment Terms. Invoices are due within 14 days of issuance unless otherwise specified in the project agreement. Late payments incur a 2% monthly surcharge. All prices are quoted in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

2.3 Intellectual Property. Upon full payment, all deliverables become the exclusive property of the client. WebFormVision retains the right to display work in portfolios and case studies unless a non-disclosure agreement is in effect. Pre-existing tools, frameworks, and methodologies remain the property of WebFormVision.

2.4 Revisions. Each project includes up to two rounds of revisions at no additional cost. Additional revision rounds are billed at €150 per round. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of deliverable receipt.

2.5 Limitation of Liability. WebFormVision's total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific project giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including lost profits or business interruption.

2.6 Termination. Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days' written notice. In the event of termination, the client is responsible for payment of all work completed up to the termination date.

3.1 What Are Cookies. Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit our website. They help us understand how you interact with our site and improve your experience.

3.2 Essential Cookies. We use strictly necessary cookies to ensure the website functions correctly, maintain your session, and remember your cookie consent preferences. These cookies do not require explicit consent under the ePrivacy Directive.

3.3 Analytics Cookies. With your consent, we may use privacy-respecting analytics tools to collect anonymous usage data including pages visited, time spent on site, and navigation patterns. This data is aggregated and cannot be used to identify individual users.

4.1 Eligibility. Refund requests are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to project milestones and work completed. Pre-delivery deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4.2 Full Refund. A full refund may be issued if the project has not yet commenced and the cancellation request is received within 48 hours of payment. After this period, administrative and preparation costs are deducted.

4.3 Partial Refund. If work is terminated mid-project, a partial refund proportional to undelivered milestones may be issued. The client receives all work completed up to the termination date.

4.4 Non-Refundable Items. Third-party costs incurred on behalf of the client (stock photography, specialized research subscriptions, premium tool licenses) are non-refundable. Rush delivery premiums are also non-refundable once work has begun.

4.5 Refund Process. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] within 30 days of the invoiced date. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.

4.6 Dispute Resolution. Any disputes arising from refund requests shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Barcelona, Spain.
